The Tranquil PC iXL is a media box that looks slightly smaller than my first DvD player. That tiny package belies some real strangth. This nettop sports a core i3 processor with 2 DDR3 RAM slots, 1 2.5" and 1 3.5" SATA storage bay. 1 Blu-ray drive, HDMI-out, DVI and 3 eSATA ports. It's also fanless.
This nettop is on sale in the UK now for 389 pounds before VAT. This base price does not include the Blu-ray drive or any other add-ons. No word yet on a US launch date, but keep an eye on Tranquil for news.
