Microsoft still did not unveil an official price for Kinect yet. Retailers started to take pre-orders for Kinect at about $150 last week. Now Microsoft's own store (via GameSpot) is taking pre-orders for the same price.
This is not really a full confirmation of the final price of Kinect. I guess the Microsoft store management just got sick waiting and loosing out on the pre-orders for Kinect.
Kinect will ship on November 4th. Microsoft has still enough time to gauge gamer interest. My prediction sees the price for Kinect at $99 for this Holidays.
