I always wanted shoes that could do that. If you don't mind some ugly tech hanging off your heel and like DIY you can build your own power lace shoes.
A DIY project at Instructables goes over the entire process for you to build your own power lacing shows. The motor and works of the system hangs off the back of the shoe though and looks pretty stupid. I also imagine you would get a good TSA beatdown if you tried to wear these to the airport.
