Seagate has announced a new NAS storage solution called the BlackArmor NAS 400. The new system comes without storage drives for more flexibility.

The storage device supports RAID 0/1/5/10 and JBOD configurations. The device has four storage bays and a pair of gigabit Ethernet ports. It also has four USB ports and ten licenses for Windows Backup Software.

The 400 also supports encryption and security settings for data. The device is also iTunes and DLNA server capable. The BlackArmor NAS 400 is available now for $399.99.
