Today belongs to RIM. Their BlackBerry Torch and news of OS 6 has dominated the tech headlines all day. Now SlashGear reports that Vodafone UK has confirmed the availability of the upcoming slider smartphone on their network.
We don't have a hard release date yet, but Voda did say that pre-ordering would open up in the near future. The Torch has a 3.2" capacitive touchscreen, 624 Mhz processor & 512 MB of RAM. It has a 5 MP camera with auto-focus/flash and quad-band HSPA/UMTS. Add in b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, 4 GB of internal space and up to a 32 GB microSD card for the most impressive offering RIM has ever put out.
