The WSJ reports that the largest bookstore chain is considering to be acquired.
The stock price of Barnes & Noble is under pressure as digital book sale erode the core business of B&N.
B&N has entered the eBook business of course and is challenges Amazon's Kindle with the Nook.
Amazon is though ahead in the eBook game claiming 70-80% of ebook market (CNet).
