Clearwire Launches iSpot 4G Mobile Hotspot for Apple Devices

Clearwire has announced a new mobile WiFi hotspot that is designed specifically to work with Apple devices like the iPhone and iPad. Despite being designed for Apple devices, the Hotspot will work with any WiFi device.

The hotspot is called the iSpot and has unlimited access to the Clearwire 4G WiMax network. The iSpot can support up to eight devices at one time.

The iSpot supports connection speeds of 3 to 6Mbps in covered areas. The iSpot device sells for $99.99 and the data plan requires no contract. That unlimited data plan will set you back $25 on a month to month basis.
