Here is another personality that is widely discussed in Silicon Valley. According a report on the NY Times, Apple's Senior Vice President of Devices Hardware Engineering, Mark Papermaster is leaving Apple. He was responsible for the iPhone, which of course opens speculations that his departure is linked to the iPhone 4 antenna issues. John Gruber is discussing in detail here the issue and potential link to the iPhone 4 antenna gate.
The WSJ has a report that the reason for Papermaster's departure is based on a broader issue of "cultural incompatibility." Mark Papermaster joined Apple in 2008 coming from IBM.
