A new iPhone case has surfaced called the pulse from iSkin. The little case has a stop on the back that lays flat against the iPhone when you don't need it and you can slip over your hand when you do need it. The name pulse comes from the cases functionality with the PocketCPR app.
You can wrap the strap around your hand, putting the iPhone in position to be easily seen when you are doing CPR and using the app to determine if you are doing it correctly. The strap also holds the iPod on your hand while you exercise and more. The case is available now for $29.99 and the PocketCPR app is $3.99.
