Toshiba already unveiled a cool Android device with the Toshiba AC100 Android Netbook. Digitimes reports that Toshiba is supposed to launch its first Android Tablet in September - October timeframe.
The Toshiba Android Tablet would have a 10-inch screen size and NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU. The Toshiba Tablet could be pretty close to the Interpad we reported earlier.
There aren't any more details available on the Toshiba Android Tablet, besides that the production run until the end of 2010 is supposed to be in the range of 40,000 - 50,000.
