Apparently, Lucas and his company sent Jedi mind a cease and desist back in 2009 and Jedi mind promised to phase the use of the Jedi name out of its products and then didn’t deliver. Lucas has now filed a trademark infringement suit against Jedi Mind to the tune of $5 million.
LucasFilm seeks injunctive relief and damages estimated at no less than $5 million. Lucas claims trademark over all things associated with the epic Star Wars franchise.
