More fuel for the fire.
The IFA 2010 is playing host to a bunch of new 3DTVs. Now another manufacturer has joined the crowd. Zoran Corporation (which sounds like it belongs in a cyberpunk movie) has just sent out a press-release announcing the unveiling of new 3DTV, DTV and Blu-ray platforms at this year's show.
The SupraFRC 301 3D TV uses a SupraHD 690 HDTV processor to drive its next-generation flat-panel display. They claim that this unit will have "unprecedented" correction for blurring, halo effects and various artifacts.
Zoran will also be showing off an Internet Connected-HDTV with support for RoxioNow, Vudo and Hybrid Broadcast Broadband TV. Their new Blu-ray players will also work with these online applications.
