Samsung Galaxy Tab: 5 GHz WiFi?

Samsung's Galaxy Tab may be even more awesome than previously anticipated. Engadget reports that an FCC filing for the slate has outed its badass wireless radio. It looks like we can expect dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz a/b/g/n WiFi. This means that your Tab will be able to reach WiFi speeds of 150 Mbps.

Also outed was the Tab's GSM 1900 radio, which means an AT&T Tab will be possible alongside a Verizon one. Multiple versions of this tablet are en route, at least one with quad-band GSM and HSDPA.

For a look at what accessories you can expect to launch alongside the Tab, click here. We are expecting a full product launch this week at the IFA show.
