Steve Jobs just announced that iOS 4.2 will be coming "later this year" and will be "all about iPad." In addition to bringing everything from the 4.1 update, iOS 4.2 will bring wireless printing to the iPad. Multiple printers can be registered, and the Print Center will pop up in the multitasking bar to let you know what jobs/printers you have queued.
AirPlay is also coming with 4.2. It is AirTunes (WiFi music streaming) with photo and video support added. Pandora will work on your multi-tasking bar. Jobs proved this by sending out a multi-threaded email while he used the streaming service to rock out to some Jack Johnson. The multitasking bar will even have specific Pandora controls.
iOS 4.2 for iPad will hit in November. It will also be hitting for "Select Models" of the iPhone and iPod touch.
