Dyson Air Multiplier Bladeless Fan Knocked Off by Abiko

Remember last year when Dyson outted that interesting Air Multiplier fan that had no blades? If you liked the design and the idea, but couldn’t come to grips with the price of $299 a new rip off of that Dyson design has surfaced.

If you simply look at the straight MSRP for the Abiko rip off of that Dyson device it is too expensive for many of us at $223. The Abiko design looks almost exactly like the Dyson offering down to the color scheme and is only different towards the bottom where the controls are.

The fan can apparently be found at wholesale dealers for a much more affordable price of around $50. For $50, I might buy one. I am sure Dyson isn't happy about this thing so if you want one you better get it now. I will not be surprised to see a suit coming soon.
