Verizon Worldphone Gets Detailed

We've heard more about the Verizon World Phone courtesy of PocketNow. They report that this HTC phone will be dual-mode, with GSM and CDMA. It will pack a sliding QWERTY keyboard, n WiFi, and possibly a 1.2 GHz CPU. It looks a lot like a sliding Nexus One, and seems to be built with business customers in mind.

The display looks to be 4", and the PD42100 has CDMA2000, GSM850 and EVDO REV-A connectivity options. It is expected to hit in early 2011. This is bad news for RIM. Business interest in their phones is failing, and this baby looks perfect for the enterprise market.
