HTC HD3: T-Mo USA, November?

The HTC HD3 has drawn some heavy interest for good reason. Its rumored specs are pretty monstrous; a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, an 8 MP camera and a 4.5" AMOLED display. Do we believe all the rumors? No. But it seems pretty clear that HTC plans this to be a major flagship Windows Phone 7 device.

But a flagship for who? If T-Mo News has it right, we'll be seeing the HD3 hit their favorite carrier on November 17. It is due to be announced on September 15 in London, so we should know how preposterously exaggerated the specs were by then.
