The iPad is a great mobile computing device and Apple is selling as many of the things as it can make. The iPad is getting some professional apps to that will allow the business and pro user to do things that you can normally only do on a notebook.
One of the latest pro apps for the iPad is the 3DVIA Mobile HD for the iPad app. The app is a 3D model viewer that works with 3D models created with most popular 3D modeling applications. The program allows the iPad user to connect to the 3DVIA website and open models they uploaded form their 3D software.
The iPad app is compatible with 3ds, .obj, .iges, .step, .kmz, .3DXML, and many more. The app can also save the 3D models as 2D renderings and email them or upload to Facebook. The app can be purchased now for $1.99 for a limited time with the normal price being $4.99.

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.
The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
