MSI has just sent out a press release announcing the launch of the first 3D multitouch all-in-one to hit the US market. The AE2420 runs on a Core i7 processor with ATI Mobility Radeon HD5730 graphics and THX Studio Pro Audio. The display is a 24" 120 Hz monster, capable of 1080p. Expect 4 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage and USB 3.0.

There's also a Blu-ray drive. Roxio provides 2D-to-3D conversion, but Gizmodo describes the results as "jarringly mediocre". The UI solution is MSI's WindTouch and the whole shebang will set you back a cringe-worthy $1800, glasses included. This thing is pretty...but is it pretty enough for two grand?
