Another impressive device has been revealed at the IDF 2010 show. Netbooknews has put up a video of a new Windows 7 tablet named the Greenvale. This gadget packs a 10" display, Z550 2 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM. The screen supports 3 finger multitouch and the body is near seamless, offering only mini-USB, headset and PSU slots.
Battery life is the big unanswered question with the Greenvale. As it stands, this thing has a lot of power under the hood and a gorgeous design. Windows 7 is going to draw a lot of extra power, but the Greenvale is just a prototype to show how thin Intel Menlow tablets can be made. We could see this same (or very similar) tablet launch with a mobile OS in the near future.
