Casio has unveiled a new entry-level digital camera called the EX-Z16 that has an EasyMode and supports YouTube video recording capability. The camera has a 12MP image sensor and has 3x optical zoom along with 4x digital zoom.
The camera has a 2.7-inch rear LCD and has settings for image size, flash, and a self-timer. Video is recorded on the camera at 640 x 480 resolution in H.264 format. The camera stores to SD/SDHC cards and can record clips up to 29 minutes long.
The LCD has a 230K dot resolution and has a 180-degree viewing angle to make lighting up shots easier. The camera has 23 total scene modes and more. Casio will launch the EX-Z16 this month for $99.99.
