HP eStation and Envy 100 Printers Get Official

We have already mentioned the new printers that HP has unveiled today. When we first talked about them, the official PR hadn't been released and now HP has done that. The PRs for the Envy 100 and the eStation are now available for perusal.

My favorite of the pair is the Envy 100 (PDF). If you are tired of looking at your printer and want something that is nicer looking this may be the printer to have the thing has paper and output trays that hide when not needed. It can also print, scan, fax, and copy documents. It runs Android, and a 3.45" touchscreen, integrates WiFi, and prints up to 27ppm in black and 22 in color.

The Photosmart eStation (PDF) is a cool printer too with its big 7-inch screen that is removable and can be used to print things you find online. The tablet can browse the web, email and download things to print directly to the printer. It also has wireless connectivity and more. The thing prints, scans, and copies.

About the Geek Mind

The “geek mind” is concerned with more than just the latest iPhone rumors, or which company will win the gaming console wars. I4U is concerned with more than just the latest photo shoot or other celebrity gossip.

The “geek mind” is concerned with life, in all its different forms and facets. The geek mind wants to know about societal and financial issues, both abroad and at home. If a Fortune 500 decides to raise their minimum wage, or any high priority news, the geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants to know the top teams in the National Football League, or who’s likely to win the NBA Finals this coming year. The geek mind wants to know who the hottest new models are, or whether the newest blockbuster movie is worth seeing. The geek mind wants to know. The geek mind wants—needs—knowledge.
