The Orb Puck: Stream Your Music To Any Speakers

Orb has just released what might be most useful gadget ever for those of us who keep our vast music reserves stored on the other side of the apartment from our best speakers. Setting up the Orb Puck starts with installing the Orb Caster software on your computer and the Orb Controller app on your iPhone. Gizmodo says that an Android version is coming "soon".

Orb Caster browses through all the media on your computer and the controller app allows you to select and beam that media over to your Puck via b/g or n WiFi. The Puck plugs directly into your speakers. No more wasting time burning CDs or loading media onto a flash drive / external HDD.

All in all, the Orb is a pretty darn good deal for $70. Go here to learn more.
