Thin notebooks with lots of battery life

Acer Debuts New TimelineX Notebooks
 
 

Acer has pulled some new TimelineX notebooks out of its bag of tricks and tossed them onto the market. The new line includes the Acer Aspire 1830T with an 11.6-inch HD screen and an Intel Core i7 CPU. The machine is powered by a battery Acer claims is good for up to 8-hours of use per charge. The machine has an 11.6-inch screen and weighs 3.09 pounds. The screen used LED backlighting and it has Core i3 and i5 CPU options. Along with the 11.6-inch machine, Acer is also unveiling new 4820T notebook with a 14-inch screen.

Acer is also offering a 15.6-inch 5820T notebook as well. The 1830T can have up to 4GB of RAM and 500GB of Storage with pricing starting at $599.99. The 3820T notebooks have 3GB or 4GB of RAM and up to 500GB of storage with prices starting at $699.99.
