The new Asus Eee 1015PEM Netbook is shipping now for $368.59 from Amazon. The Eee 1015PEM features the Intel Atom N550 Dual-Core CPU, 1GB RAM, 10.1-inch WSVGA screen, 250GB HDD and a whopping 13 hour battery life.
Laptop Magazine has tested the Asus Eee PC 1015PEM and published a detailed review. The battery outperforms other six-cell netbooks in their test and their verdict is: "The $369 ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM offers better overall performance than single-core netbooks at a reasonable price. Its good looks, robust software bundle, and long battery life are also points in its favor. The keyboard is a bit cramped, and you don't get smooth 720p video playback (at least online). But for shoppers who want a netbook that's zippy when performing everyday tasks and lasts all day on a charge, the 1015PEM is a very good choice."
