For new customers only, AT&T still offers its AT&T High Speed DSL Service for $14.95 per month for the first 12 months. And unlike its typical offers, this one isn't limited to just the slowest plan; choose from speeds up to 3Mbit, depending on your area. That's up to $30 off and the best deal we've seen for AT&T DSL this year.

Of note, receive a free modem or wireless gateway when you subscribe to the FastAccess DSL Ultra or Xtreme plans. You'll be charged for the device on your first bill, but rebate instructions will be mailed within four to six weeks. You must redeem the credit online within 30 days of receiving your instructions. (The rebate may come in the form of a bill credit or an AT&T Reward Card.) Deal ends November 6.
