RIM has been having some market share issues in the US recently, but worldwide their growth appears to be right on track. That's according to these numbers from Statcounter (via Gearlog). While the iPhone has taken a fierce, nearly 10 point dive since January, BlackBerry and Android both show steady growth still.
BlackBerry is ahead of Android, but they have been around for much longer. It does look as if Google's OS will overcome RIM's platform sooner, rather than later. However, this chart makes it clear that BlackBerry is far from out of the fight.
These numbers are based on web usage, not actual smartphone adoption. A chart of sales numbers would look a bit different.
