T-Mobile announced today the new T-Mobile myTouch with HSPA+ connectivity. T-Mobile's answer to 4G is HSPA+. T-Mobile is already available in 65 markets.
Features of the new T-Mobile myTouch include Android 2.2, HD Camcorder, 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen, 1Ghz Snapdragon CPU, 5MP camera, 8GB Storage and Wifi. The myTouch Genius Button, powered by Dragon Dictation from Nuance, lets you call, text, e-mail or access the internet with a simple voice command. The Faves Gallery on the myTouch offers shortcuts to one’s most-contacted family and friends. The myModes features creates customized home screens for work and home. Video chat works on Wi-Fi and also over HSPA+.
The new T-Mobile myTouch is expected to be available in time for the holidays, exclusively from T-Mobile USA in four color: white, black, plum or red.
T-Mobile now offers 4G speeds on the new myTouch and the T-Mobile G2, as well as the webConnect Rocket 2.0 and Rocket laptop sticks. You can sign-up for updates on the new myTouch here.
