And it has AMOLED!
AT&T has just announced the imminent launch of their thinnest sliding QWERTY Android smartphone ever. The Pantech Laser packs a 3.1" haptic AMOLED touchscreen. It is a mere 9.95 mm thick and has a 3 MP camera. The Laser's specs put it very solidly in the middle of the Android phone range, but that AMOLED display is a very fancy touch.
The Laser will set you back $99.99 with a 2-year contract. That's after a $50 mail-in rebate. This new smartphone will be in AT&T stores on October 17th.
