Dell Small Business offers the 3.5-lb. Dell Vostro v13 Intel Celeron M 1.3GHz 13.3" LED-Backlit Widescreen Notebook with Linux for $399 plus $8 for shipping. That ties our mention from three weeks ago and is $50 under the lowest total price we've seen for this laptop with Windows. Sales tax is added where applicable. It features an Intel Celeron M ULV 743 1.3GHz processor, 13.3" 1366x768 widescreen display, 2GB RAM, 250GB 5400 rpm hard drive, 802.11g wireless, Bluetooth, 6-cell battery, and Ubuntu Linux 9.04.

Note that this lightweight laptop does not include an optical drive.
