Anyone who has ever pushed a couple screens together to work on more than one monitor or play a video game with a larger image can tell you what ruins the experience is the bezel gap. The bezels create a gap in the image that can leave important data out of the picture.
Samsung has pulled the wraps off a new 55-inch LCD with ultra-thin bezels specifically designed to be used in video walls and multiple screen setups. The screens have thin 3.8mm top and left bezels with 1.9mm bottom and right bezels.
The screens are rated for 700 nit brightness and support HD resolutions. Samsung unveiled the screens in Korea and offers no pricing or availability information at this time.
