A Storm 3 is also in progress. It will have 512 MB of RAM, BlackBerry 6 and a 5 MP camera. It is possible that an "iPhone-like" BlackBerry with a QNX-based Tablet OS is due out in 1H 2010. The PlayBook itself is expected in late February or early March.
