Android Phones are hot sellers this year. Android is already the most popular mobile OS of new phone buyers in the US. One of the reasons that Android phones sell great are the exceptional deals you get on new Android Phones when you sign a new contract. We feature since months 1 Cent offers of new Android Phones. Right now you can get the Motorola Droid II for 1 cent with new contract. Also available still for a Penny is the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. The Samsung Fascinate was already available for a Penny.
The only way to drive even more sales of new Android phones during the Black Friday 2010 sales season is instant cashback. How does a Motorola Droid II with $50 cold hard cash sound?
I do not think we see the iPhone with cashback, but I am not sure if Apple and AT&T can hold on to their $199.99 and no discount strategy this Black Friday and Holiday shopping season. Android phones are not pretty good and a great deal. BlackBerry phones are also offered for a Penny right now. Again, cashback is the only way to top free.
Before the smartphone hype, instant cashback deals for new phones with new contract have been pretty common for a while. I found a report we filed in April of 2009 that featured the AT&T LG Vu CU920 with a $50 cashback.
The online phone retailers are also growing stronger. Amazon is in the game since this year with their dedicated Amazon Wireless Store.
Wirefly and LetsTalk are two other hot destinations for mobile phone deals. I think buying a new Android phone will be a lot of fun this Black Friday. We will of course feature the best Black Friday phone deals on our Black Friday 2010 Hub.
