Seagate Launches World's Thinnest 1 TB Drive

It's another first for Seagate. Gearlog reports that the new FreeAgent GoFlex 1 TB drive is the slimmest in its storage size category. It is a 2.5" drive with two 500 GB platters. It comes pre-loaded with a copy of the new Star Trek movie and 20 other films (which you'll need to purchase).

This drive is USB 3.0 compatible and also works with Seagate's GoFlex TV. It will set you back $169.99 and will be available shortly from Seagate's website.
