Not too long ago Apple filed suit against HyperMac over the unauthorized use of Apple MagSafe and other cables for Apple gear. HyperMac took the official Apple cables and used them in its own products like external batteries.
Apple's suit has resulted in HyperMac announcing that as of November 9th it will no longer sell the external battery packs that extend the run time of the MacBook or iPad and other gear. The company says after Nov 2nd they will be gone for good.
The product is in limited stock as of right now. That means the sale of the items could end before that Nov 2nd date. Reports claim that the pulling of the product was a requirement from Apple to continue negotiations for licensing the cables so the battery pack could come back.
