October 21 is launch day for WP7 in most of Europe, but not in Germany. SlashGear reports that Deutsche Telekom (who owns the US T-Mobile) will not have a WP7 smartphone for several more days. The HTC Mozart will hit DT on November 3 at the earliest.
The Samsung Omnia 7 isn't due to hit until mid-November. Other German carriers have not given their WP7 launch day expectations. There's been no explanation for the change yet, but we've got our ears to the ground in case one breaks cover.
