The number of Android phones on the market is staggering when you stand back and think about it. There are hoards of the devices for users to choose from and choice is a great thing. I am sure there are some out there who can’t find the perfect Android device or maybe you just want a smartphone that you can customize.
A German firm called Synapse has announced a new smartphone that runs Android 2.2 called the Synapse One. The device starts at €434 and allows the user to choose some of the components that will be inside the phone like the camera and more.
Basic features of the phone include a 4-inch Super AMOLED screen with 480x800 resolution, dual mics, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and an accelerometer. The device has a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB cards. The phones can be pre-ordered now with shipping set for Q1 2011.
