The iTunes App Store discounts downloads of several SEGA and Namco games as part of their respective Halloween sales. With prices starting at 99 cents each, that's tied with our June mention as the lowest price we've seen for each title. Note that these apps are created for the iPhone and iPod touch; they're compatible with the iPad but will run at a significantly lower resolution. (Check the individual apps for further information.) Namco's sale ends October 31, while SEGA's ends November 1. Some best bets:
