Since Apple left Macworld it has not been the same. Macworld organizers are trying to keep Macworld interesting for Apple fans. The Macworld 2011 conference program will include, for the first time, special "Featured Artist" sessions taught by carefully selected individuals who uniquely bring creativity and innovation to life using Apple technology and the best Mac OS X add-on productivity products.
The Featured Artists are Kyle Lambert (digital artist), Michael Koerbel and Anna Elizabeth James (Apple of My Eye), Joseph O. Holmes (fine art photographer) (photo above) and Jonathan Mann ("Song A Day").
Macworld 2011 will take place January 26–29, 2011, at Moscone Center's West Hall in San Francisco. More details on the Macworld site.
IDG World Expo, organizers of the Macworld, will bring a Macworld Mobile developer conference to the GSMA Mobile Asia Congress 2010 in Hong Kong and to the famous Mobile World Congress 2011 in Barcelona.
