We still have no clue when it'll come out

The release game continues for Gran Turismo 5, as Sony has just come forward to totally dismiss rumors that the game would be available on November 27.

There had been a report from Italian language site that the game was set for a new release date of November 27 in the US and November 30 in Europe.

However, Sony has come forward to say, "Unfortunately we can't comment on this as it is a European page and we don't know where this information is coming from. We have not made any official announcements on launch timing yet."

The publisher has, however, previously confirmed that Gran Turismo 5 would still be on tap for a holiday release.

Of course, it'll still miss its previously promised release date of November 2. And this all comes after the developer had initially said the game would come out in 2009. Now there are concerns that it won't actually come out in 2010. Sony's got a month left to make that happen.

There have been screenshots from unofficial sources popping up, and someone posted the intro cutscene on YouTube. We can be pretty sure the game is actually complete and just needs to be printed and distributed.
