The Walmart Black Friday 2010 Ad is official and we are busy analyzing and comparing the deals that Walmart will offer on Black Friday, Nov. 26th. Besides lots of TVs, Walmart also offers this year four Black Friday Laptop deals. We already analyzed the $198 eMachines eME528-2325 Laptop and now we take a closer look at the $298 HP G56-129WM Laptop. What do you get for $100 more?
The HP G56-129WM is a Walmart exclusive Laptop running on an Intel Celeron 900 at 2.2Ghz. Other available specifications include 15.6-inch LED LCD screen with 1,366x768px, 3GB RAM, 250GB HDD, DVD burner, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Intel 4500M GPU, 6-cell battery, and Windows Home Premium.
The $100 premium over the eMachines Laptop gets you an LED backlit screen, 1GB more RAM and a 6-cell battery instead of a 4-cell. What you do not get is a HDMI port. I am a bit torn, but if you seek a low-budget laptop than try to get the $198 eMachines eME528-2325. If you expect state-of-the-art performance from a laptop you anyway should not get any of these two.
Walmart will start selling the $298 HP G56-129WM laptop at 5am on Black Friday. It is not known yet if Walmart will also offer this bargain laptop online. See the Walmart HP Celeron laptop listings on Walmart.com.
