We are covering Black Friday since years. A story just hit the wire informing that Kim Kardashian helped open Charmin Restrooms in time for Black Friday shopping in New York. A gift to the City of New York, the Restrooms will offer a free, clean and family-friendly place to “enjoy the go” during this busy holiday shopping season. According to the press-release Charmin is doing this the fifth consecutive year.
The difference this year is I guess that all over the place celebrity Kim Kardashian is opening the toilets.
“Who knows shopping better than Kim Kardashian? With the recent opening of her DASH store in SoHo and the filming of her show around the New York City, Charmin wanted to welcome Kim to the Big Apple by presenting her with a key to the Restrooms for the 2010 holiday shopping season,” said Jacques Hagopian, brand manager Charmin.
The Charmin Restrooms are located at 142 West 42nd Street in Times Square between 6th and 7th Avenues and will be open to the public seven days a week from 10:00a.m. – 9:00p.m. through December 31. They will be open all day on Thanksgiving Day, until 6PM on Christmas Eve and until 3pm on New Year’s Eve, but closed on Christmas Day.
Enjoy the Go.
Ok, back to Black Friday deals.
