Several Black Friday Sales have already launched online today. Some other retailers like Walmart, Kmart and Sears are offering an online Thanksgiving Day sale before they launch the actual Black Friday sale. Depending on the store some of the advertised highlight will only be available in-stores like the $189 Best Buy Laptop.
