It is the last Holiday sales weekend before Christmas and something is wrong with BestBuy.com. The Best Buy online site is down for maintenance. At least that is what the message says when you visit the BestBuy.com site. When you access the Best Buy site from outside of the United States you get a access denied The first tweet about the Best Buy site you get a permission error saying "You don't have permission to access "http://www.bestbuy.com/" on this server.

The Best Buy online shop just went online again and looks to be fully functional. See for yourself here.
The first tweet (as of 14:15 CET) about the BestBuy online store outage is 1 hour old. Best Buy must have some serious issue if they keep the site offline for 1 hour a very buys holiday shopping day. Good thing their retail stores are open.
After one hour, you would expect at least a tweet about what is going on with the Best Buy online shop. In any case Walmart.com and Amazon.com are open for holiday shoppers and offer great Holiday deals this weekend.
