LED backlit and nice screen size for under $900

Westinghouse has unveiled a new 46-inch LED backlit HDTV that has a very attractive price tag at $899. The TV has 1080p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate with Yamaha audio. The price tag doesn't seem to go with those features at a glance. The set uses LED backlighting to consume less power and offer a better image.

The refresh rate of the panel is 120Hz and response time is 6.5ms. The set features 3:2 pulldown and a selectable color temp. The TV also meets Energy Star standards with 80W of power draw in use and 1W in standby mode.

Contrast ratio is 100,000:1 dynamic and the set has 176-degree viewing angles. It also has the connectivity you expect on a HDTV today with dual HDMI, VGA, and more. The only feature that jumps out as possibly lacking is the pair of HDMI ports, that won't be enough for most users.
