Sony showed off a lot of new camcorders at CES 2011 and three of the cooler offerings that people will like were added to the Bloggie series. The new cameras include the Bloggie, Bloggie Duo, and the Bloggie 3D models. All three of the cameras record in 1080p HD with MP4 format and can shoot 5MP still photos.
The Bloggie 3D MHS-FS3 has two lenses and two image sensors along with a stereo mic and LED light to record both 3D and 2D video. The camera has a 2.4-inch rear LCD that can show the 3D content without needing any glasses. The camera can also play 3D content on the KDL-HX820 TV.
The Bloggie Duo has dual screens with a 2.7-inch rear screens and a 2-inch front screen. That makes it easy to record five and take pics holding the camera out rather than finding someone to take the pics for you. The camera also comes in bright colors like violet, green, pink, and white.
The entry level model is the Bloggie called the MHS-FH1 that records in HD and has a 2.7-inch rear LCD. All of the cameras use the Exmor CMOS sensor, can adjust to vertical and horizontal recording, and can snap pics while recording. The Bloggie will sell for $150 and the Bloggie Duo will be $170 with both coming in March. The Bloggie 3D will land in April for about $250.
