Used Car retailer CarMax will run two Super Bowl ads at the Super Bowl 2011 according to a new report on AdAge. Super Bowl 2011 is the first time that CarMax is running full blown Super Bowl ads. The first CarMax Super Bowl ad will air in the 2nd Quarter and the 2nd ad comes in the 3rd.
There are not details available yet what the story lines of the CarMax Super Bowl 2011 ads will be. CarMax says though that there will be no animals and that the ads will have sophisticated humor.
There will be tons of car related Super Bowl ads during Super Bowl XLV. It will not be easy to stand out. I think it is a good move that CarMax bought two Super Bowl ads. This way they have two chances to resonate with viewers.
Just like last year, I4U News will be featuring again the Super Bowl for Geeks Guide. Of course the Super Bowl 2011 for Geeks Guide will be all about the Super Bowl Commercials and not the big game. The Super Bowl XLV will take place in the Dallas Cowboys stadium on February 6th 2011.
