Dell Adamo Price cut to $799

If you like the thin profile of the MacBook Air, but you want something that runs Windows and has a lower price the Dell Adamo might be for you. When the Adamo first launched the price wasn't too far off from that of the Air, but today the price has been cut significantly.

About a year ago, Dell hacked the Adamo 13 to $999 and as of now, the price has been cut again to $799. For that much green you get the aluminum clad Adamo with a 13.4-inch screen. The resolution is 720p HD capable and it is LED backlit.

The processor is a Core 2 Duo SU9400 at 1.4GHz and the machine runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Other features include 2GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD for storage. Graphics are via Intel GS45. The machine has optional 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, and 3G modem.
