iASUS Throat Mic Works with iPhone, Aimed at Convertible Owners

iASUS has announced that it has a new throat mic called the NT3 has been unveiled that will work with any 2.5mm or 3.5mm input mobile phone. The device will specifically work with the iPhone as well. The throat mic is like the ones you see soldiers wearing on military shows.

The mic has speakers that sit on the throat to pick up vibrations rather than having to pick up the actual spoken words. The benefits for convertible owners is that the throat mic is not affected at all by wind noise.

I use to own a convertible and talking on any Bluetooth device was very hard with the top down. The mic sells for $89 and the only real downside I see is that it looks really weird.
