Sanyo Unveils New Ultra-portable and Short Throw Projectors
 
 

Sanyo has announced a pair of new projectors aimed at the user that wants a big screen in a small space. The new projectors include the PLC-WL2503 with an ultra short-throw lens and a MSRP of $1695. The projector has 3LCD technology inside and a brightness rating of 2500 lumens. The contrast ratio is 500:1.

It can throw an image from 60 to 110-inches at a distance of no more than 47-inches from the screen. It can throw that image onto any surface or screen including bare walls. The projector will ship in January and it has dual HDMI outputs. The PLC-XU4000 ultra-portable will also ship in January for $1549.99. It has 4000 lumens of brightness and a 2000:1 contrast ratio.

The projector is an ultra portable offering that has a 1024 x 768 resolution. The unit also has a D-sub input, S-Video, RCA Composite, and a lot more. Both of the projectors will ship soon.
